So tall, silent against the sky
Up through the clouds where eagles fly
Wind and rain beat down on one so strong
They cut but never change, what stood so long

Tall as a mountain, I'm gonna tear through the sky
Life's for the taking

Like a man is a mountainside
Greatness waits for those who try
None can teach you, it's all inside
Just climb

I am in the ground, I am in the air
I am all, I live in the hearts of men

so groß, still gen Himmel ragend
bis hin durch die Wolken, wo die Adler kreisen
Wind und Regen prasseln auf Dich hernieder
doch wie können sie etwas umgestalten, dass schon so lang wärt?

standhaft wie ein Gebirge, greife ich nach den Sternen
das Leben ist da um es zu nehmen

wie ein Mann, so ist auch ein Gebirgszug
und jene, die sich wagen etwas zu versuchen, erwachsen zu wahrer Größe
niemand kann's Dir beibringen, es ist alles in Dir, Du musst nur klettern

ich bin verwurzelt, ich bin in luftiger Höhe
ich bin alles, ich lebe in den Herzen der Menschen
ich bin der Ruf der wahren Größe
doch nicht alle können ihn hören

ich erwecke das Kreative in all jenen, die sich trauen
und es wird der Tag kommen, an dem wir alle sterben müssen
und so begeben wir uns ins Gebirge

ich habe keine Angst
Tod und Ruhm
beides dicht beieinander
